We are delighted to announce that our Kindergarten will re-open on Monday 17th of September.
17 children between 3 and 6 years old have enrolled for September and more new children will be coming throughout the Autumn Term.
It is especially pleasing that, with the difficulties the school has faced, the DfE have fully supported the re-opening of the kindergarten. In the most recent Ofsted monitoring inspection in July the kindergarten met all the safeguarding requirements and received a favourable report. Our goal now is to build a truly outstanding kindergarten for the community.
One of the teachers said:
‘We are delighted and excited to be open, and to be able to continue to offer a safe, creative and happy environment where young children can explore and play unhurriedly, growing healthy, confident and secure. We have a committed parent body who is very supportive and eager to start bringing in their children next week.’
A happy parent added:
‘We are delighted that kindergarten is reopening next week. Our son has thrived under the care and guidance of the wonderful teachers and is looking forward to joining his friends again. I have no doubt that following the promising endorsement from the last Ofsted inspection the kindergarten will go from strength to strength.’
