This includes protecting children from maltreatment; preventing impairment of children’s health or development; ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care; and taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes and life chances.
- RSSKL and its Trustees ‘ensure that staff have skill, means and training necessary to ensure children and young people are protected from harm’.
- RSSKL and its Trustees endeavour to ensure that we work together with all agencies, services and other provision regarding the safeguarding and wellbeing of children in our care.
